I chose this company because he put the work in to research the building code for build a garage I needed. I recently bought the house but the garage was a pool house I wanted to use for entertainment. I decided to have a garage built. I did not realize how much of a headache build code was but he handled it. I didn't want my car port to be enclosed but according to building code it had to be. This actually worked out to be a mini gym.

While construction began we had a heavy down pour revealed that my backyard would heavily become flooded. I called up the contractor and he was able to level it out to where the water easily flowed out. We did have an issue where water started to seep into my house. The contractor was quick to respond to the problem.

Overall, I am pleased with the communication, response time, and the outcome of my garage.

I carefully read each and every review before contacting Jarett and after meeting him, we hired him immediately. Jarett and his crew of professionals did an outstanding job in designing and completing the roof, patio cover, concrete decks, gutters and gutter guards and exterior painting. Communication, scheduling and the execution of each project was exemplary. It is very unusual to pick up the phone and text or call and have a timely response and quick action to your request. Jarett and his team did an AMAZING job doing a complete renovation of a house I was getting ready to sell (replacing roof, knocking down interior walls, new kitchen, new bathrooms, flooring throughout, drywall / painting throughout, exterior paint, etc.) He did the project for a fair price and beat his schedule by 2 weeks! He handled so many aspects of the renovation to include working with the licensed electrician and plumbers I hired and picking up materials, which made my life a breeze. He also helped get me the best deals in town on materials. I HIGHLY recommend him for all your renovation needs. I would 100% rehire him for a future project.

We have contracted with JW construction to do an extensive exterior remodeling of our home on Lake Belton. While some of the construction continues, Mr. Wright's team recently completely the reconstruction of our 2100 sq ft deck. The deck is large, with three different levels, an outdoor kitchen and includes a pool. The team replaced part of the foundation and then used Trex products for the finished decking. IT IS BEAUTIFUL!! The team did a fantastic job. Working with the Trex product can be challenging, but the team were perfectionists. They were very kind and considered and VERY response to our feedback and ideas. Jarett was available to us every day of the job, and he continues to be very engaged in the remaining construction tasks. I promise to post pictures when the project is complete.

JW Construction completely remodeled our 60 year old lake house and made it into a charming Nantucket lakeside retreat! Her bones were strong and they gave her a beautiful makeover. Jarret has a creative vision and is fun to work with. The quality of work is outstanding. Always professional, pleasant, and committed!

Mr. Wright was very responsive throughout the entire process. He is a very stand up gentleman and makes sure to work within your budget for quality products. They installed new flooring and trim, installed new toilets, repaired drywall and built a vanity with a quartz top. They fixed a sliding door that had been improperly installed and framed it out. Also, went the extra mile by replacing some door trim that was split I was unaware of. Mr. Wright and his crew are very trustworthy. They do good honest work. I appreciate Mr. Wright, I will definitely be working with him in the future.

Our project was a rather large pergola extension to the rear of the house. After of course removing the shameful job of the previous individual. We added a 500 sq ft pergola with a TPO roof. Hands down the BEST experience! Working with Jarett was like a breath of fresh air especially after having such a horrible experience with my previous so called contractor. Jarett is honest, trustworthy and reliable. Up front about everything- no hidden after the fact costs. He and his teams work is exquisite. Their attention to detail and constant communication to ensure that my ideas and goals were being met was impeccable. You cannot go wrong with this company! Jarrett and his team did an outstanding job on my floors. We asked him to remove carpeting in a few bedrooms and replace it with the same tile that was in the rest of the house. He responded quickly to my inquiry, did the research to find an exact match and scheduled my job right away. They did an amazing job of making the tile flow from those rooms to the rest of the house. Jarrett was very quick to respond about replacing the roof at my rental property. He was even able to replace my skylight when he discovered it was cracked for practically nothing! I have already recommended him to at least one friend and will use him for my primary residence when we need roof work done.

I needed a concrete slab for a large metal building, he listened to my needs and recommended further enhancements to make sure the slab exceed the minimum specs. Other than having to wait on the concrete supplier; which is outside of his control, Jarett and his crew did all the ground prep, leveling, forming, rebar work and poured my 36' x 43' in 2 days time.
